Designation: Stores Executive

Job Summary: Responsible for managing the end-to-end material flow, from receipt to dispatch, ensuring high inventory accuracy.

Education: Diploma or Undergraduate (UG) Degree.

Experience: 1–3 years in stores/warehouse management.

Salary: ₹2 Lakhs Per Annum (₹16,000 to 21,000 per month) + Bonus, ESI, and PF + OT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records using ZOHO or MIS systems.
• Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials and finished goods.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO inventory practices are strictly followed.
• Conduct regular physical inventory audits and stock verification.
• Prepare GRNs, issue slips, and dispatch documents.

Designation: Quality Executive (2 Vacancies)

Job Summary: Responsible for implementing quality control processes and ensuring all products meet internal and regulatory standards.

Education: Diploma or Undergraduate (UG) Degree.

Experience: 1–3 years with QC knowledge.

Salary: ₹2 Lakhs Per Annum (₹16,000 to 21,000 per month) + Bonus, ESI, and PF + OT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
• Perform root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective actions (CAPA).
• Maintain all quality documentation, records, and performance reports.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure tool calibration.
• Train staff on quality procedures and continuous improvement like 5S or Kaizen.

Designation: Planning (PPC) Executive (1 Vacancy)

Job Summary: Responsible for developing production schedules and optimizing resource capacity to meet demand forecasts.

Education: Diploma or Undergraduate (UG) Degree.

Experience: 2–3 years with PPC knowledge.

Salary: ₹2 Lakhs Per Annum (₹16,000 to 21,000 per month) + Bonus, ESI, and PF + OT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Master Production Schedules (MPS) based on demand and sales orders.
• Plan capacity and balance workloads across machines, lines, and labor.
• Monitor production progress and adjust plans to handle delays or urgent orders.
• Analyze KPIs such as output, efficiency, and downtime to optimize costs.
• Maintain inventory levels for raw materials and Work-in-Progress (WIP).

Designation: Production Executive (6 Vacancies)

Job Summary: Responsible for supervising shop-floor activities and executing daily production plans to hit output targets.

Education: Diploma or Undergraduate (UG) Degree.

Experience: 2–3 years in a production environment.

Salary: ₹2 Lakhs Per Annum (₹16,000 to 21,000 per month) + Bonus, ESI, and PF.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily production plans and supervise smooth shop-floor flow.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
• Maintain production logs and ensure adherence to safety SOPs.
• Reduce wastage, rework, and production costs through Lean or Kaizen initiatives.
• Train and guide operators to ensure products meet quality specifications.
