Operations Executive

To ensure smooth and efficient business processes, we are looking for a dedicated Operations Executive to join our team. Position Overview: The Operations Executive will play a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of Sant Ram's. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual who can manage logistics, inventory, supply chain, and support overall business operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the company’s operations run efficiently and contribute to the brand’s success through effective management. Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations, including order processing, inventory management, and logistics. Manage inventory levels to ensure stock is maintained at optimal levels, coordinating with suppliers and production teams. Coordinate with the sales, production, and design teams to ensure timely delivery of jewelry pieces. Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and shipping logistics. Work closely with external vendors, including suppliers, shipping companies, and other service providers. Assist in monitoring production timelines and ensure efficient workflow between departments. Ensure quality control procedures are followed at all stages of production and dispatch. Help optimize the supply chain to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Implement operational processes to improve productivity and customer service. Provide support in budgeting, scheduling, and other administrative duties related to operations. Assist in resolving operational issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to the business. Keep track of operational KPIs and prepare reports for management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proven experience in operations, preferably within the retail or luxury goods sector. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset. Knowledge of supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong communication and coordination skills. Experience working with inventory management or ERP software is a plus. Familiarity with the jewelry industry is a bonus but not mandatory. Show more Show less
