Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and dynamic Operations Executive who will manage day-to-day hostel operations while supporting marketing initiatives to drive occupancy and enhance brand presence. The ideal candidate should have strong operational understanding, good marketing knowledge, and excellent coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Operations:

• Oversee daily operations of the hostel to ensure smooth functioning and high service standards
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and vendors for timely issue resolution
• Monitor occupancy, room readiness, and check-in/check-out processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and SOPs
• Handle resident queries, complaints, and escalations professionally
• Maintain operational reports, inventory records, and vendor documentation

Marketing & Business Support:

• Support marketing activities to improve occupancy and brand visibility
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions, campaigns, and local activations
• Assist in lead follow-ups, walk-ins, and property visits
• Maintain online listings and support social media or digital marketing initiatives
• Collect resident feedback and market insights to improve services

Key Skills & Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (Hotel Management / Business Administration preferred)
• 1 - 3 years of experience in operations, hospitality, co-living, or student housing
• Good understanding of marketing fundamentals and customer engagement
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Smart, presentable, and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, reports, and operational dashboards

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in hostels, co-living spaces, or hospitality industry
• Exposure to digital marketing, lead management, or CRM tools
• Willingness to work flexible hours if required
