Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Electronics Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end electronics system development including circuit design, component selection, testing, prototyping, PCB assembly, and quality assurance . You will play a critical role in the development and scale-up of our cutting-edge robotic systems and IoT-enabled solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop analog/digital circuits and embedded systems for solar robotics and control systems Create and validate circuit schematics, layouts (preferably using tools like KiCad/Altium), and documentation Select and source appropriate electronic components and manage vendor relationships Oversee PCB prototyping, assembly, and debugging processes Conduct performance testing and validation of electronic systems in lab and field environments Ensure compliance with quality standards and assist in QC procedures for mass production Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, and software teams to ensure system integration Continuously improve the reliability, safety, and efficiency of electronic modules Maintain detailed design records, BOMs, and test reports Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field 1–3 years of experience in circuit design, embedded systems, and electronics testing (freshers with strong projects may apply) Strong understanding of microcontrollers (e.g., ESP32, STM32), motor drivers, sensors, and power systems Hands-on experience with PCB design and prototyping tools Proficiency in using lab equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, power supply, etc.) Knowledge of EMI/EMC, ESD standards, and design for manufacturing (DFM) is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as in a cross-functional team What We Offer: Opportunity to work on impactful, sustainable technology in the renewable energy sector Fast-paced startup environment with ample learning opportunities Exposure to complete product development cycle from prototyping to deployment Competitive salary and performance-based growth
