Job Description

Role Overview:

Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage project timelines, resource allocation, and task follow-ups
Act as a communication bridge between internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure project progress and smooth operations
Handle procurement processes including vendor selection, purchase orders, follow-ups, and inventory tracking
Manage logistics operations for material dispatch, transportation, and documentation
Assist in documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks related to project tracking and compliance
Support in planning and execution of field deployments and service activities
Maintain project databases, track KPIs, and assist in performance reporting
Identify process bottlenecks and propose solutions for operational efficiency

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or related field
1–3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or project coordination (freshers with strong internships or skills may apply)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace, project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Excel)
Knowledge of basic procurement and logistics workflows
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and coordinate across diverse functions
