About the Role

Operations Executive

What You'll Do

Manage daily operations and ensure smooth functioning across departments
Handle inventory management, procurement, and vendor coordination
Source materials, equipment, and services at competitive rates
Maintain and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency
Visit project sites to coordinate with field teams and ensure timely execution
Support business development activities and client coordination when needed
Prepare reports and maintain documentation for operations and procurement
Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline workflows

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in any field
Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and vendor negotiation abilities
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Prior experience with ERP systems is a plus
Fresh graduates with relevant internships or those looking to build a career in operations are welcome to apply
