Position Overview

We are hiring an Operations Executive to support daily operational activities, session scheduling, and quality checks. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in operations, coordination, and workflow management.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate online sessions with clients and internal teams.
• Monitor live or recorded sessions to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
• Maintain attendance records and daily/weekly operational reports.
• Follow up with trainers and employees regarding attendance, session updates, and feedback.
• Support documentation work and other general administrative tasks.
• Identify operational issues or gaps and communicate them to the concerned team.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months experience in admin/operations/data entry (freshers with strong skills may apply).
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Experience in operations, auditing, or quality checks.
• Interest or exposure to the wellness/fitness industry.
