The Operations & HR Executive is responsible for optimizing company workflows, coordinating between departments, managing operational tasks, and executing core HR duties. This role ensures efficient daily operations, smooth project delivery, and a positive employee experience in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day digital marketing operations, manage workflows, and coordinate with internal teams for project fulfillment.
  • Implement and manage key marketing technologies (e.g., CRM, automation tools), and ensure campaign processes run smoothly.
  • Handle lead management, client service communications, and report on operational KPIs.
  • Manage HR administration including maintaining staff records, managing payrolls, leave, and HRIS (HR information systems).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, contractual documentation, and company policies.
  • Support recruitment by preparing job postings, screening candidates, and assisting in interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, employee engagement, and internal communication.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievance redressal, and fostering a healthy workplace environment.
  • Prepare and analyze operation and HR reports, and implement process improvements where needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, HR, or digital marketing environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, use operations/CRM/HRIS tools, and prioritize tasks independently.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, campaign management, or HR best practices is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer/client-oriented mindset.
