Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Operations Executive to support day-to-day control room activities, coordinate with security personnel, and manage client communications. The ideal candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations from the control room.

• Handle client and customer emails, calls, and requests professionally.

• Coordinate security staff deployment and site coverage.

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and shift logs.

• Support incident response and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

• Proficient in email handling and MS Office.

• Prior experience in operations or security (preferred).

• Ability to work flexible shifts.
