Role & responsibilities

Handle rider grievances promptly and effectively.
Conduct training sessions for new riders to ensure process adherence.
Monitor the number of riders on route daily.
Perform route checks to verify rider movement and efficiency.
Act as a point of contact for clients regarding rider-related matters.
Assist in overall hub operations for smooth workflow.
Drive initiatives for rider retention and engagement.

last mile experience is mandatory.
