Operations Executive

Job Title: Operations ExecutiveJob Description:

We are looking for a proactive, disciplined, and well-organized Operations Executive to support daily office and operational activities at our Marathahalli and Kadugodi branches. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi, and basic computer knowledge. This role requires commitment, responsibility, and readiness to work long hours when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the management team in day-to-day operations and coordination.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and communication in a professional manner.
• Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Maintain records, prepare basic reports, and handle documentation efficiently.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth workflow.
• Ensure proper administrative support and effective functioning of office operations.
• Assist in field-related tasks when required.

Requirements:

• Gender: Male (Preferred)
• Languages: Must speak English, Kannada, and Hindi
• Education: Minimum PUC / Graduate
• Skills:
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel)
• Professional, disciplined, and presentable
• Driving: Should know 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler driving (Valid license preferred)
• Work Hours: 12-hour work shift
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication are welcome)
• Commitment: Must be willing to serve at least 2 years with the company
