About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to oversee the smooth functioning of our digital screen network across the city. The role involves regular field visits to monitor, maintain, and document the performance of our digital assets at various locations such as malls, tech parks, and airports. Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily visits to assigned digital screen locations across the city. Capture and submit photos/videos of live screens as proof of play and health status. Monitor screen uptime and ensure 100% operational performance across all sites. Coordinate with the technical and operations team for troubleshooting and repairs. Maintain a log of screen performance, outages, and maintenance activities. Report any physical or display-related issues immediately to the central operations team. Ensure all screens are clean, functional, and display scheduled content correctly. Assist in installation checks, campaign rollouts, and content verification. Work closely with mall/tech park management teams for operational permissions and support. Maintain records of field visits, travel logs, and daily activity reports. Requirements: Graduate or Diploma in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in field operations, preferably in media, signage, or retail sectors. Good communication and reporting skills. Basic understanding of digital display systems (LED screens preferred). Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license. Comfortable with frequent travel within the city. Proficient in using mobile apps and Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
