Operations Executive

Mandatory Qualification and Experience: · The ideal candidate for this role should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience in managing teams, sound knowledge of computers and a deep understanding of operations. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Modular furniture/Wooden furniture /Paint Industry/Laminate or other similar industry will be added advantage.. An Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of SALES Dept. This includes managing and coordinating various processes, ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of sales department, and ensuring that company policies and procedures are followed. Key responsibilities may include:- Coordinate and schedule service appointments, ensuring timely response to customer requests. Dispatch field technicians or service personnel based on availability and skill set. Maintain accurate records of service activities, customer interactions, and inventory usage. Act as the bridge between customers and the service team to ensure clear communication and satisfaction. Monitor service progress and update clients as needed on job status or delays. Process work orders, service reports, and follow-up documentation. Manage customer queries and resolve issues promptly or escalate when necessary. Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Manage teams of supervisors and agents, ensuring performance targets are met. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve workflow and service delivery. Monitor daily operations across product uploads, order management, seller communication, and platform updates. Support backend development priorities, data entry, Monitor support tickets, customer queries, and ensure high satisfaction levels. Gender : Male, with age above 30 Yrs.
