Our company is committed to quality and innovation in every product we offer. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Executive located in Bengaluru. The Customer Relationship Management Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer retention, improving customer experience, and supporting sales activities. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, maintaining customer databases, analyzing customer data, and developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Experience skills 2–5 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or CRM management. Quotation making and Ability to develop and implement Customer Retention strategies Excellent Analytical Skills Experience in supporting Sales activities Proficiency in CRM software is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team Knowledge of uPVC, aluminium, or wooden windows and doors systems. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom with product inquiries. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable window and door solutions. Prepare and share quotations based on customer specifications and project needs. Coordinate with the technical/design team for custom solutions or product clarifications. Follow up with potential leads via phone, email, or CRM for timely conversion. Maintain and update customer records, lead status, and interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales and production teams to ensure smooth order processing. Assist in showroom management, including display upkeep and product presentation. Handle basic after-sales support and coordinate with service teams for issue resolution. Generate regular reports on lead status, follow-ups, and sales conversions. Work Environment: Full-time position Showroom and office-based, occasional site visits if required Monday to Saturday (Typical business hours)
