Key Responsibilities

Team Management:

Lead, guide, and monitor a team of technicians handling warranty and repair activities.
Allocate tasks and track performance to ensure service quality and efficiency.

Service & Warranty Operations:

Plan and schedule field visits for repairs, maintenance, and warranty claims.
Ensure adherence to service SLAs and customer commitments.
Drive efficiency and productivity within the service team.

Inventory & Stock Management:

Maintain adequate stock levels of spare parts and components.
Coordinate with procurement/logistics teams for replenishment.
Track consumption and control wastage of spare parts.

Data & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of daily repair and service activities.
Share operational dashboards, productivity metrics, and service completion reports.
Highlight gaps, delays, or recurring issues with actionable insights.

Process Improvement:

Identify bottlenecks in field operations and suggest process enhancements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, warranty guidelines, and safety standards.

Customer Experience:

Support customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective resolution of service requests.
Collaborate with customer support and operations teams for seamless service delivery.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of warranty, repair, and field service operations.
Good understanding of spare parts and inventory management.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and data reporting.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor s degree/diploma in Engineering, Operations, or related field.
4 years of experience in service operations, preferably in automotive, consumer electronics, or equipment industries.
Hands-on experience managing technicians/field teams will be preferred.
