As an Operation Executive for FASTag, your role involves implementing the right processes and practices across the organization. This includes formulating strategies, improving performance, procuring material and resources, and ensuring compliance. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling day-to-day back office operations related to FASTag. - Managing and resolving customer queries and issues promptly. - Maintaining accurate records and updating databases. - Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operation and timely issue resolution. - Preparing reports and presenting data as required. - Assisting in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures. - Performing other administrative duties as assigned. - Visiting dealer showrooms to provide training, support, and delivery of FASTag as needed. - Collaborating with vehicle dealer showrooms to provide FASTag support. - Supporting administrative staff in their day-to-day operations. You should possess the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any field. - Proven experience in a back office or administrative role. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. The company offers benefits such as paid time off and Provident Fund. This is a full-time, permanent position with the work location being in person.
