Operations Executive

As an Operations Executive at CRYOPDP, you will play a crucial role in meeting the expectations and needs of customers and clients while enhancing performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with the Executive and Operations Assistants to streamline the supply chain process, maintaining the Packaging Area, arranging pick-ups and deliveries in various locations, updating pick-up details, PODS in CAPs, and communicating with customers. Additionally, you will be tasked with arranging deliveries and pickups for domestic shipments, handling emergency pickups and deliveries in case of staff shortage, assisting the Station Manager during audits, and providing MIS Reports as per the Station Manager's instructions. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HSC qualification, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the corporate Pharmaceutical sector. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is essential, while knowledge of any other regional language will be an added advantage. Specific skills required for this position include advanced Excel skills, operational and geographical knowledge, familiarity with customs and airlines regulations, experience in cold chain management, good email communication abilities, and overall computer proficiency.
