Role Description

The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations while also handling essential accounting functions. This hybrid role requires strong organisational skills, financial acumen, and the ability to streamline internal processes. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth business operations, accurate record-keeping, and effective coordination across departments.


Key Responsibilities

Accounting

  • Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and statements.
  • Process invoices, vendor payments, reimbursements, and expense claims.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, etc.) in coordination with external accountants/auditors.
  • Handle bank reconciliations, petty cash management, and journal entries.
  • Monitor accounts receivable/payable and follow up on outstanding payments.


Operations

  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely deliveries and payments.
  • Manage contracts, documentation, and records for operational activities.
  • Support HR and admin functions such as onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee queries.
  • Assist in procurement, inventory management, and office administration.
  • Track operational KPIs and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal processes, and statutory requirements.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounts/operations (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel/Tally/ERP systems.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
