Key Responsibilities

Program Planning & Delivery

• Oversee end-to-end execution of campus training programs across multiple colleges.
• Plan and coordinate training calendars in collaboration with academic partners and internal teams.
• Ensure timely deployment of trainers, content, and technology tools (LMS, assessments, etc.).

Trainer Management

• Allocate trainers based on expertise and availability.
• Track trainer utilization and performance metrics.
• Handle onboarding, scheduling, and feedback collection for trainers.

Operational Efficiency

• Monitor daily program status, trainer attendance, student engagement, and report deviations.
• Ensure logistics such as venue, digital access, content readiness, and equipment are arranged.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to reduce inefficiencies and turnaround times.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with college POCs, academic coordinators, and internal delivery teams.
• Resolve on-ground issues quickly and professionally.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering quality and timely services.

Reporting & Analytics

• Generate and maintain dashboards for delivery tracking, trainer utilisation, feedback scores, and program completion.
• Analyse operational data to provide insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, preferably in EdTech, training, or campus engagement roles.
• Strong organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM/LMS tools, and basic project management software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with colleges/universities or campus hiring teams.
• Understanding of training delivery models (offline, online, hybrid).
• Familiarity with data dashboards (Google Data Studio, Power BI, etc.).
