Create a Service Culture and ensure a superior Service experience for our customers. 2. Ensure smooth client onboarding journey and effective communication with RM and client 3. Execute MF transactions, reconcile client portfolio, liaison with third party service providers like MF, PMS,etc 2. Address client concerns promptly and ensure a high level of satisfaction. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on unresolved issues. 4. Ensure effective servicing and address clients related to statements , wealth related queries, portfolio statements etc. Skills and Experience 1. Should have understanding of KYC procedure and experience in liasoning with third party product providers like MF,PMS,AIF, etc 3.
