Our mission is rooted in rural women empowerment, sustainability, and trust-driven growth.We recently launched our Dheki Rice Processing & Gamusa Weaving center with a 100% women workforce in Kalakuchi, Tamulpur. We are now scaling distribution of heritage rice, Gamusas, and traditional tastemaker products across Assam and beyond.Role: Operations SpecialistWe are looking for a hands-on, energetic, and execution-driven Operations Specialist to coordinate daily operations at JGV Foods. This role is ideal for a junior candidate eager to grow in a startup environment while managing real impact on the ground.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations at Dheki Rice & Gamusa centers (attendance, output, reporting).Coordinate with vendors for packaging, raw material procurement, and timely deliveries.Track inventory, dispatch, and distributor coordination in Guwahati.Support CEO in ensuring weekly reporting on costs, production, and supply chain performance.Assist with CSR/educational sessions for rural women workforce (logistics + documentation).Identify and solve operational bottlenecks proactively.What We’re Looking For1–3 years’ experience in operations, supply chain, FMCG, agri-business, or hospitality.
