Qualification: Master’s in Social Work (MSW) or equivalent, preferably with specialization in Medical Social Work. Experience: 8–10 years in the medical social sector, with strong exposure to disability, trauma, and rehabilitation programs. Minimum 3 years in a leadership role managing operations and teams. Core Skills (Must-Have): Operations management & program execution Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills Problem-solving and multitasking ability Financial literacy: budgeting, proposal preparation, reporting Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi Preferred Skills: Strategic thinking and planning Networking with NGOs, government agencies, and sponsors Advocacy and stakeholder engagement Role & Responsibilities: Support the Head of Organisation in developing and executing strategic plans. Prepare budgets and financial proposals for new and ongoing projects. Monitor program implementation, track KPIs, and recommend improvements. Ensure alignment of programs with organisational vision, mission, and sponsor MoUs. Lead impact assessment studies, including data collection and analysis. Supervise staff, identify training needs, and recommend capacity-building initiatives. Prepare donor/sponsor reports as per agreed formats and timelines. Liaise with service providers, partners, sponsors, and government agencies. Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and participate in audits. Represent the organisation in external forums, advocacy campaigns, and awareness initiatives.
