Operation Manager

1. Educational Qualifications

• Essential:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or Business Administration
• Preferred:
• Master’s degree (MHA/MBA in Healthcare Management)
• Certifications in healthcare quality (e.g., NABH, JCI, Lean Six Sigma)

2. Work Experience

• Minimum: 5+ years in hospital or healthcare operations
• Preferred:
• Experience in managing multi-specialty hospital operations
• Experience with healthcare accreditations (NABH, JCI)
• Previous supervisory or managerial role in a hospital setup

3. Core Skills

• Strong leadership and team management
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Operational planning and process improvement
• Resource and budget management
• Knowledge of hospital laws, policies, and healthcare regulations
• Emergency handling and risk management
• Familiarity with HIS (Hospital Information Systems) and EMR software

5. Technical Knowledge

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

6. Other Requirements

• Flexibility to work on weekends or in shifts when required
• Willingness to travel for audits or branch support (if applicable)
• Good command of English and local language

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
