Hospital Electrician

Installation & Maintenance: Installing, calibrating, and maintaining electrical systems, wiring, lighting, and control systems. Troubleshooting & Repair: Performing routine tests, diagnosing problems, and repairing or replacing faulty equipment. Preventative Maintenance: Following preventative maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal system performance. Safety Compliance: Adhering to health and safety standards, including those specific to hospital environments. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of all servicing and repairs. Blueprint Reading: Understanding and interpreting electrical blueprints and site diagrams. Coordination: Collaborating with other contractors and adhering to project timelines. Emergency Response: Responding quickly to power outages and other electrical emergencies. Generator Maintenance: Ensuring generators are in proper working order and ready for emergency use. Compliance with Codes: Adhering to local, state, and national electrical codes (e.g., NEC).
