Operation Manager

Led end-to-end operations for the launch of new Leveza Frozen Food SKUs across retail and digital channels, driving cross-functional coordination from procurement to final market rollout.

Key Responsibilities:

New Product Development Operations:

Spearheaded operational planning and execution for launching new frozen food SKUs, including parathas, burger patties, nuggets, and ready-to-cook items.

Procurement & Vendor Management:

Identified and onboarded suppliers for raw materials, packaging, cold storage, and logistics. Negotiated contracts ensuring quality, cost, and timely availability.

Product Lifecycle Execution:

Coordinated with R&D, production, design, quality control, and supply chain teams to bring product concepts to commercial reality.

Packaging & Regulatory Compliance:

Oversaw development of packaging (artwork, barcode, nutritional info, FSSAI compliance) and ensured regulatory approvals before launch.

Cold Chain & Logistics Planning:

Established cold chain supply networks for raw and finished goods across cities, ensuring product integrity and timely deliveries.

Retail & Channel Readiness:

Collaborated with sales and marketing teams for GTM planning, POSM readiness, pricing, and stock availability for launch across modern trade, general trade, and online platforms.

Cross-Functional Project Management:

Acted as a central project lead, tracking milestones, resolving bottlenecks, and ensuring on-time, in-full (OTIF) launches.

Costing & Margin Control:

Worked closely with finance and procurement to develop SKU-wise costing, ensuring target margins and profitability.

New Business Launches:

Led operational groundwork for diversification into adjacent categories like eggs, beverages (Coliva), and meat products, setting up sourcing, processing, and packaging flows.

Performance Tracking:

Created dashboards to track production readiness, dispatch timelines, stock movement, and post-launch sales performance.
