Operation Manager

Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site) Location:Chennai District, Tamil Nadu Job Summary: A4 Hospital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our branches. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, coordination, and healthcare administration skills to ensure excellent service delivery and smooth internal operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the hospital branches, ensuring high standards of patient service and care Manage cross-functional teams including front office, housekeeping, support staff, and coordination units Ensure adherence to hospital policies, SOPs, and quality standards across departments Supervise and support the implementation of change management initiatives and new processes Act as the central point of coordination between doctors, nurses, and administrative staff Monitor operational efficiency, resolve issues, and streamline workflows Handle hospital revenue, billing operations, and maintain financial discipline Work with management to plan budgets, allocate resources, and meet operational goals Maintain a culture of accountability, patient satisfaction, and continuous improvement Eligibility Criteria: Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (Healthcare/Hospital Management preferred) Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in healthcare operations or hospital administration Proficiency in people management, communication, and process orientation Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills Experience in a maternity or fertility care setting is a plus Industry Type: Healthcare / Hospital / Fertility & Pregnancy Centre Department: Operations / Administration Role Category: Hospital Operations / Admin Management How to Apply: 📞 Contact: 8925532815 📧careers@a4hospital.com
