We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Accounts Manager to lead our finance and accounts team in a growing frozen foods company. The ideal candidate will ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning to support business growth.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the entire accounting department, ensuring smooth financial operations.Prepare and analyze financial statements, cash flow reports, and budgeting forecasts.Ensure compliance with GST, tax regulations, and financial audits.Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls.Manage accounts receivable, and accounts payable.Monitor bank transactions, reconciliations, and fund management.Provide financial insights and reports to the senior management team.Work closely with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.Lead, mentor, and train the accounts team for improved efficiency.Requirements:Bachelors/Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.3+ years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the food or FMCG sector.Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and auditing.Proficiency in accounting software (Tally) and Microsoft Excel.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple financial operations efficiently.
