Suitability of project requirements, basic legal papers & licenses. 4. Negotiation & closure of all deliverables for sites suitable for the company. 5. Presentation of site feasibility to the management. 6. Work on completing due diligence and legal agreements of deals. 7. Asset management - Resolve any landlord related issues for operational stores in the region. 9. Handle document management system to maintain records of key approvals on properties. Preferred candidate profile 1. Must have worked in Retail Property Acquisition for retail store opening. 2. Must have handled due diligence associated with retail stores preferably with QSRs & cloud kitchens. 3. Should have handled store leasing at malls. 4. Excellent negotiation & problem-solving skills. 5. High degree of personal integrity and strong ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced, flexible, team-based environment.
