Shift Manager & Assistant Restaurant Manager

In Lenexis Foodworks, you will be responsible for managing the smooth operations of the restaurant. Your role involves delegating tasks to restaurant staff, supervising their performance, and maintaining a fully-stocked inventory by ordering food supplies as needed. You will also manage dining reservations, arrange shift coverage, and assist staff in resolving on-the-job challenges. Tracking daily costs and revenues, balancing the cash register, and coordinating with suppliers for food product orders are crucial aspects of your responsibilities.
