About Role

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Regional Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in multiple cities. You will play a pivotal role in driving regional growth and brand awareness for Lenexis Foodworks, spearheading strategic marketing initiatives tailored to your specific region. The profile will be reporting to the Marketing Head- Lenexis Foodworks, with a dotted line to Regional Heads.

Purpose

As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will be the custodian of Lenexis Foodworks' growth in your assigned region. You will be responsible for identifying and capitalising on regional opportunities, crafting impactful marketing campaigns, and overseeing flawless execution to achieve our business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for Lenexis Foodworks in your assigned region, aligning with overall brand goals.
• Manageregional marketing spends and ensure a return on investment (ROI) focus for all initiatives.
• Anchor the Go-To-Market for New store launches in your region. Collaborate with the Project, Business Development, Operations and Central Marketing team to ensure smooth launch.
• Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including offline activations, digital marketing, and local partnerships.
• Collaborate with regional teams, operations, and agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Analyze campaign performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven adjustments for optimization.
• Stayupdated on the latest trends in QSR marketing, including hyperlocal digital media strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in your region, including media partners and local influencers.
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify regional trends and consumer preferences.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the QSR, Retail or FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, with a focus on driving measurable results.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for the QSR industry and a strong understanding of regional consumer behavior.
