Job Description

Role: B2B Marketing Lead

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 4+years

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies focused on lead generation, pipeline growth, and brand awareness.
Create and manage multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, email, SEO, paid search, webinars, etc.).
Collaborate with sales to align messaging, target segments, and drive qualified leads.
Own the creation of marketing content such as whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and email nurtures.
Manage marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) to track lead lifecycle and campaign performance.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine positioning and value propositions.
Optimize website and landing pages for lead capture and SEO.
Track and report on key performance metrics (MQLs, CPL, CTR, CAC, etc.).

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, tech, or IT products based industries.
Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and funnel management.
Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRMs.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and SEO/SEM strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
