This role will focus on developing innovative packaging solutions, ensuring quality control and assurance, and optimizing packaging processes for our food and snack products. The Packaging Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and logistics, to enhance packaging efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry regulations.Key Responsibilities:1. New Packaging Development & Design- Design and develop innovative packaging solutions that protect and preserve products during transportation, storage, and handling.- Conduct feasibility studies to determine the suitability of packaging solutions for specific products.- Collaborate with R&D and procurement teams to select cost-effective and sustainable packaging materials.- Conduct testing for raw materials to ensure durability and compliance with industry standards.- Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for packaging floor plans and processes.2.
