Supply Chain Executive (Immediate joiners only)

Job Description

Responsibilities: Coordinate with Factory and Warehouse teams to address dispatch and stock-related queries promptly. Manage delivery appointment requests for Modern Trade, E-commerce, and Quick Commerce B2B channels, ensuring timely follow-up and confirmation with relevant stakeholders. Track daily shipments and maintain regular communication with carriers to ensure on-time delivery. Monitor Modern Trade, E-commerce, and Quick Commerce portals daily, updating the Purchase Order (PO) tracker accordingly. Verify Purchase Orders and process revisions to resolve any discrepancies. Oversee Return to Vendor (RTV) and Goods Receipt Note (GRN) activities for Modern Trade and E-commerce segments. Process credit notes related to RTV and short shipments in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Monitor Returned to Origin (RTO) and undelivered shipments, rescheduling deliveries as needed to minimize delays. Requirements: Proven experience of min. 1 year in supply chain management with a focus on order management. Strong understanding of order processing systems and supply chain software (e.g., ERP systems). Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling challenges. Work mode: 6 days a week at office. Location: Kandivali (Should be able to reliably commute to office everyday). Preferred: Immediate joiners only Experience with specific industry-related supply chain processes. Knowledge of logistics and transportation management.
