We are seeking skilled and experienced Fish Cutters to join our processing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning, cutting, filleting, deboning, and portioning a variety of fish and seafood to specified standards, ensuring hygiene, speed, and quality. Key Responsibilities: Clean, scale, gut, and cut fish into specified cuts (fillets, steaks, cubes, etc.) Identify fish types and assess quality/freshness before processing Operate cutting tools, knives, and filleting machines safely and efficiently Maintain hygiene standards in the processing area as per food safety guidelines Package and label fish portions according to weight and order requirements Minimize wastage and ensure yield optimization Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment after each shift Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in fish cutting or seafood processing Basic understanding of seafood varieties and handling practices Good knife-handling skills Preferred Traits: Punctual and reliable Attention to detail and speed Team player with strong work ethics Willingness to work flexible shifts Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
