Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken individual to manage incoming sales inquiries, follow-ups, and online customer communication. The candidate will play a crucial role in converting leads into customers and maintaining a professional presence across platforms. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls for product inquiries and sales follow-ups. Manage and respond to leads from platforms like IndiaMART, JustDial, WhatsApp, and Instagram. Maintain prompt and professional communication with clients through text messages, emails, and social media. Understand the product offerings (printing machines, raw materials, etc.) and explain them clearly to potential buyers. Maintain a log of daily leads, calls, and follow-ups. Coordinate with internal teams for order status updates and customer support. Assist with basic social media posting and customer engagement activities. Ensure timely updates to listings and responses on online portals. Requirements: Female candidate preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English. Prior experience in tele-calling, customer handling, or social media coordination is a plus. Ability to work independently and handle multiple communication channels. Basic knowledge of platforms like IndiaMART, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and Excel/Google Sheets. Preferred Qualities: Polite, confident, and sales-focused. Quick learner with a proactive mindset. Comfortable with learning product details and handling technical queries (training will be provided).
