Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Operation Head to oversee and manage our construction projects from planning to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Management 1. Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting. 2. Project Execution: Oversee project execution, ensuring compliance with project plans, quality standards, and safety regulations. 3. Project Monitoring and Control: Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and take corrective action to ensure project deliverables are met. Team Management and Leadership 1. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including site managers, engineers, and supervisors. 2. Performance Management: Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement. 3. Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge. Quality, Safety, and Environment 1. Quality Management: Ensure compliance with quality standards, including ISO 9001, and implement quality control measures. 2. Safety Management: Develop and implement safety plans, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain a safe working environment. 3. Environmental Management: Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, implement sustainable practices, and minimize environmental impact. Stakeholder Management 1. Client Management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensure client satisfaction, and address client concerns. 2. Supplier Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure supplier performance. 3. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including permits, licenses, and approvals. Financial Management 1. Budgeting: Develop and manage project budgets, including forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting. 2. Cost Management: Identify and mitigate cost risks, ensure cost-effective solutions, and optimize resource allocation. Requirements: 1. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 2. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. 3. Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. 4.
