Role Overview The Central Operational Head will lead and oversee the complete day-to-day functioning of UKIC. The role requires strong leadership, quick decision-making, and the ability to coordinate academics, administration, and sales operations under one roof. Key Responsibilities Academic & Student Management Monitor performance and discipline of educators and support staff Ensure smooth execution of lecture timetables across branches Oversee student management including attendance, feedback, and complaints resolution Sales & Walk-in Coordination Handle walk-in inquiries at the branch with a conversion-focused approach Generate leads and allocate them to the sales team using a structured process Collect and compile daily sales reports from the team including visits made and calls done Track follow-ups and ensure no inquiry is left unattended Operational & Infrastructure Management Serve as the first point of contact for electricians, plumbers, technicians, and vendors Monitor cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of the institute Ensure timely procurement of required materials and resources Internal Coordination Work closely with the management team to execute institutional policies Maintain communication between academic, admin, and sales departments Conduct short weekly briefing meetings to track progress and set targets Reporting Daily task reporting to the management Weekly summary reports on academics, sales, and operations Incident and escalation reporting when required Required Qualifications & Skills Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role Preferred background: Call center, insurance company, hospital, or education sector Strong people-management and team-handling skills Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills Ability to multitask and take accountability without constant supervision Proficient in Google Sheets, WhatsApp communication, and basic computer operations Work Expectations Six-day working model Ability to work under pressure during peak admission seasons Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset Strong sense of ownership and responsibility toward institute growth Why Join UKIC Fast-growing commerce education brand Leadership-level exposure and autonomy in decision-making Performance-based growth opportunities

Key Responsibilities Meet admission and sales targets assigned by the Sales Head. Conduct field visits to schools, colleges, and communities for lead generation. Promote and sell both offline coaching and online courses. Handle student and parent inquiries with professionalism. Convert leads into confirmed admissions. Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Support marketing and promotional activities when required. Requirements 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in educational institute or concept selling. Freshers with strong communication and confidence may also apply.
