Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain all NPD quality documents such as: APQP documents PPAP files FMEA (DFMEA, PFMEA) Control Plan Inspection Standards Process Flow Diagrams Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Design, Production, Purchase, Tool Room, Supplier, Quality) Create, update, and control SOPs, Work Instructions, and Checklists for new products Support trial runs, pilot production, and first article inspection (FAI) Ensure documentation compliance with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / Customer standards Maintain proper document revision and version control Prepare quality reports and track NPD issues, deviations, and action plans Support internal and external audits related to new product development Assist in root cause analysis, CAPA, and corrective/preventive actions during NPD stage Maintain master data in ERP / QMS systems Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location: In person
