Role Overview: Operations Executive

We are inviting fresh graduates in Biomedical Engineering or related fields to join our Operations team. As an Operations Executive, you will gain hands-on exposure to supply chain management, vendor coordination, product lifecycle processes, and operations strategy in the medical devices sector. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in a high-growth MedTech company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in

  day-to-day operations and supply chain activities

• Support vendor and distributor coordination

  across regions
• Ensure smooth flow of products

  from procurement to delivery

• Prepare and maintain operational reports and trackers
• Assist in compliance documentation, quality checks, and product records
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, logistics) to support business operations
• Provide on-ground support for operational projects, events, and partner engagement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Biomedical Engineering / Biotechnology / Healthcare Management

  (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

• Internship/project experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or hospital operations
• Familiarity with ERP tools or operational software (added advantage)
