Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales across assigned territory (Cochin and surrounding regions).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, dealers, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
• Oversee distributor management, pricing discipline, and inventory movement.
• Achieve revenue targets and territory development objectives.
• Execute product trainings, demos, and territory development activities.
• Provide market intelligence and feedback for strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and commercial SOPs.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline (Science/Pharma/Biomedical background preferred).

• 5–6 years of experience in medical device sales

  , OR

• 12+ years of experience in specialty pharma

  , with regional dealership handling exposure.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem in Kerala.
• Experience managing dealer/channel networks independently.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working in an unstructured, fast-paced setup.
