Position Overview:

Lattice MedTech is building a consolidated MedTech platform through a roll-up strategy. We are seeking an experienced M&A professional to drive strategic acquisitions, from identifying opportunities to successful integration. Prior experience in roll-up transactions will be a strong advantage.

Role Responsibilities:

manage end-to-end deal execution

and legal documentation.

financial, legal, and commercial due diligence

acquisition opportunities

·        Prepare investment memo’s, presentations, and reports for senior management and

investors.

Must-have Eligibility:

private equity, venture capital, consulting, financial services, or legal/financial due diligence.

successfully closing M&A (mergers & acquisitions)

Qualifications:

·        MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Finance, Business, or a related field

·        6-7 years of relevant M&A experience in investment banking, private equity,

·        Venture capital, consulting, or financial services.

·        Strong knowledge of M&A processes, valuation techniques, and transaction structures.
