Role Overview

proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day logistics and distribution activities across metro cities.
• Coordinate with warehouses, distributors, and hospitals for timely delivery and order fulfillment.
• Manage stock movement, documentation, and inventory controls.
• Ensure compliance with operational SOPs and quality standards.
• Act as the point of contact for hospitals or healthcare institutions for operational needs.
• Collaborate with sales and supply chain teams to support field execution.
• Maintain MIS reports and provide data-driven inputs for process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Logistics, or related field preferred).

• 3–4 years of experience in hospital operations, medical logistics, or healthcare supply chain.

• Understanding of healthcare operations, regulatory protocols, and medical product handling.
• Strong coordination, communication, and time management skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, inventory tools, and basic ERP platforms.
• Willingness to travel and manage on-ground logistics when needed.
