Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Order Processing & Dispatch Coordination Coordinate with the sales and production teams for timely order execution. Plan and monitor dispatch schedules for pan-India and export shipments. Prepare invoices, packing lists, e-way bills, and dispatch-related documentation. Communicate with transporters and courier services for pickup and delivery tracking. Ensure proper packing, labeling, and documentation as per company standards. 2. Vendor & Inventory Management Coordinate with component suppliers for motors, controllers, accessories, and fabrication items. Track incoming material and maintain stock reports in coordination with the store team. Raise purchase orders, verify bills, and follow up for timely deliveries. 3. Coordination with Installation & Service TeamShare dispatch details and installation requirements with field technicians. Support installation teams with technical coordination and document handover. Follow up with clients post-installation for feedback and support coordination. 4. Documentation & Compliance Maintain documentation for imports, customs clearance, and BOE filings. Prepare reports for daily dispatches, pending orders, and logistics status. Ensure all GST, TDS, and compliance documentation is accurate and updated. 5. Process Optimization Identify bottlenecks in production, dispatch, or vendor management. Suggest improvements for workflow efficiency and automation. Coordinate with accounts and logistics for seamless operations. 📘 Qualifications: Graduate or Diploma in Business Administration / Operations / Supply Chain. 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing, automation, or trading company operations. Knowledge of ERP / Tally / Excel for operations tracking. 💡 Skills Required: Strong coordination and communication skills. Hands-on experience in dispatch planning and vendor management. Basic understanding of electromechanical / automation products. Attention to detail and strong documentation skills. Team player with problem-solving mindset. Performance Indicators (KPIs): On-time dispatch and delivery of orders. Zero documentation or compliance errors. Effective communication between departments. Reduction in customer complaints and logistics delays.
