Job Description: Regional Sales Executive(B2B) – Entrance Automation Products (Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand Region) Position Title: Regional Sales Executive(B2B) Region: Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand Industry: Entrance Automation (Doors, Shutters and Gates Automation Systems) Department: Sales & Business Development Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Executive(B2B) to join our sales team for the Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand region. The primary responsibility of the role is to drive sales of entrance automation products such as Doors, Shutters and Gates Automation Systems. The ideal candidate will identify and establish relationships with key business clients, contractors, builders, and facility management companies in the region. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify, develop, and manage relationships with key B2B clients. Proactively engage with potential resellers, shutter manufactures and gate fabricators to generate leads for entrance automation products. Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients and decision-makers. Meet sales targets and quotas as outlined by the company. Market Research & Client Targeting: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities in the entrance automation industry. Identify new business opportunities and market segments within Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand Region . Develop a strategic sales plan for the region, including lead generation, prospecting, and customer retention strategies. Product Knowledge & Consultation: Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's range of entrance automation products, including Doors, Shutters and Gates Automation Systems. Offer technical advice to customers and suggest suitable solutions based on their specific needs. Provide customers with customized solutions, including project estimation, product selection, and technical support. Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business and referrals. Regularly visit clients and provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Address any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner. Coordination & Reporting: Collaborate with the internal teams, including technical, service, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of customer orders. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market insights using CRM tools. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses for the management team. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial automation, construction, or entrance automation products. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with automatic doors, industrial shutters, gates automation control systems, and other entrance automation products. Communication Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills (both verbal and written). Analytical Skills: Ability to understand customer requirements and provide customized product solutions. Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across the Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand region to meet clients. Key Competencies: Customer-Focused: Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions. Results-Driven: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify customer pain points and suggest appropriate product solutions. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and post-sales service.
