Job Description

The CPC Customer Service role is responsible for servicing customer queries and requests post disbursal of loans via addressing queries, assisting in resolution of complaints and managing the service requests raised They are also responsible for handling of escalations They are responsible for addressing all customer service requests and closure in timely manner
  • Ensure servicing customer queries and requests post disbursement of loans, esp to walk - in customers at RAC Service Desks
  • Ensure Service Request Management
  • Handle customer complaints and escalations and ensure adherence to TAT and QoC
  • Ensure Cross Sell Service to Sales
Qualifications
  • Graduate / Post graduate in Management
Role Proficiencies
  • Ability to ensure delightful customer experience
  • Ability to close service requests within TAT and as per QoC
  • Handling of escalations in professional and timely manner
