We aim to offer seamless food ordering with a focus on quality, speed, and excellent customer service. We’re currently expanding in Delhi NCR and are looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented professionals to join our onboarding and operations team. Position Summary: We are hiring a Support Executive – Restaurant Onboarding & Verification to handle vendor application reviews, verify onboarding documents, and conduct test orders to ensure successful restaurant activation on the JusFood platform. This is a dynamic operations support role for individuals with strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills. Key Responsibilities: Review and verify restaurant/vendor application forms and submitted documents (FSSAI, GST, PAN, bank details, etc.). Ensure restaurant profiles have accurate and complete information including business details, menu, pricing, operational hours, and images. Coordinate with restaurant partners via phone, email, and WhatsApp for documentation follow-ups, onboarding queries, and profile updates. Manage and monitor test orders to assess operational readiness, order processing, packaging standards, and delivery turnaround times. Skills & Qualifications: SHALL POSSESS VEHICLE ( TWO WHEELER ) FOR MOBILITY -MANDATORY Minimum 12th Pass or Bachelor’s degree in any field. Fresher or 1-3 years of experience in vendor onboarding, telecalling, customer support, or backend operations. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus).
