Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team at the Marriott Hotel in the F&B service department. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily food and beverage operations, including inventory management and stock control.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Develop and implement effective menu planning strategies to drive sales growth.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and guests.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
