Office Associate (Founders Office)

About the Role

This pivotal role is designed for a versatile self-starter who will serve as the trusted right hand to the Founder (Chief Design Head). You will operate at the strategic core of the organization, taking ownership of high-impact initiatives that span design, engineering, operations, and growth. This is a high-visibility generalist position that requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, project management prowess, and the ability to thrive in an autonomous, fast-paced environment where every action directly contributes to the company's trajectory and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Initiatives & Execution:

  Drive key strategic projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and market leadership goals.

• Operational Efficiency:

  Identify process bottlenecks across design and development workflows and implement scalable solutions to enhance efficiency, leveraging the company's proprietary V.E.D.A.® framework and AI product suite.

• Data Analysis & Insights:

  Collect, analyze, and present key business metrics (KPIs) to the founders to inform data-driven decisions on growth, client engagement, and operational performance.

• Cross-Functional Coordination:

  Act as a central communication hub, ensuring seamless collaboration and information flow between design, engineering, product management, and HR teams.

• Client & Stakeholder Management Support:

  Prepare materials for high-stakes client meetings, assist in pitch preparation, and occasionally act as a liaison with key external partners.

• Market & Competitive Intelligence:

  Conduct market research and competitive analysis in the UX/UI and AI-led product engineering space to identify new opportunities and trends (e.g., AR/VR, IoT, AI).

• Ad-hoc Problem Solving:

  Tackle varied and unexpected challenges with a "first-principles" approach, using critical thinking to provide optimal solutions in a dynamic environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience:

  3-6 years in a demanding role such as management consulting, a Chief of Staff position, operations management, or as an ex-founder within the technology or design sector.

• Problem-Solving:

  Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving abilities, capable of breaking down complex problems into actionable solutions.

• High Agency:

  A proactive, self-driven individual with a high degree of ownership and the ability to deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.

• Industry Knowledge:

  A solid understanding of the UX/UI design and product engineering landscape, including B2B SaaS platforms and enterprise digital transformation projects.

• Communication:

  Superb communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.

• Adaptability:

  Proven capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently and adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a dynamic work culture.

• Technical Fluency (Advantageous):

  Familiarity with the tech stack used by Divami (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, AI/ML concepts) is a strong plus.
