Job Description

Responsibilities

Relationship Management / Delivery:

  • Maintain strong working relationships with key clients
  • Serve as Project Manager for strategic projects, including client engagement management as needed.
  • Act as an escalation point for delivery issues
  • Manage consistent delivery of Occupancy Planning deliverables and ensure high level of execution and client satisfaction.

People Management:

  • Responsible for employee management including: onboarding, leading, developing, and mentoring team members, as well as HR-related activities such as PTO and leave requests.
  • Manage direct reports and provide oversight/influence over additional staff as needed for successful project execution.
  • Promotes a culture focused on clients, people and teamwork, accountability, continuous improvement and innovation.

Experience

  • Architecture degree required
  • 10+ years’ related experience: workplace strategy, architecture, consulting, corporate real estate, facilities management, project management, construction management, design, human resources, organizational development, communications or change management roles
  • MBA, advanced degree and / or certifications desirable

Requirements

  • Impeccable and concise communication and presentation skills, verbal and written
  • Strong time management skills – demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
  • People management experience – preferred experience managing a team
  • Ability to work both independently and cooperatively in an agile environment, including virtual collaboration with remote colleagues
  • Managed multiple projects and coordinated activities by multiple individuals/groups
  • Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative research data and synthesize into meaningful and actionable results
  • Energetic, creative, and willing to work hard in a fast-paced environment; enjoys variety and the challenges of consulting work
  • Current knowledge of corporate enterprise IT infrastructure, tools and technologies desirable

  • Character with high perseverance and resourcefulness required to keep driving and finding ways to get the required steps done. Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations. Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere. Forward looking with a holistic approach to complex tasks.
