Department: Human Resource Designation: Senior Manager Role: Human Business Partner Reporting to: Vice President - Human Resource Location: Turbhe (Navi Mumbai) What you become a part of: The successful candidate will add strategic value across the function, through the design and implementation of Human Resource policies & practices. The incumbent will drive Performance, Manning & strategic capability building across the function, implementing strategies and priorities that align with the functional goals & objectives for the Global Supply Organization, with a direct responsibility to the Vice President – HR. This role demands a blend of leadership, deep functional expertise, and an ability to drive change and engagement across the organization. What to expect: Location HR Management Act as the HR Business Partner, providing end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements. Central HR Process Support Drive analytics for the Function & support the Business with data-driven insights around key people metrics. Partner with the Vice President - HR to drive key global and function-wide HR initiatives such as: Performance Management & Evaluation cycles. Compensation benchmarking, design and annual reviews, Workforce Planning and Annual Operating Plan alignment. Organizational Development & Capability Building Spearhead organization change efforts at the location level, aligning with broader business transformation objectives. Conduct regular Learning Needs Assessments and design learning & development plans tailored to individual, team, and functional capability priorities. Collaborate with internal and external learning partners to deliver high-impact programs. Employee Engagement & Culture Lead the execution of the Employee Engagement Survey at the location level. Drive post-survey analysis, Action Planning workshops, and ensure successful implementation of engagement initiatives. Be a cultural ambassador for the global HR function, promoting inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing work environments. General HR & Administration Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and HR compliance. Supervise site administration and facilities management functions as required. Essential skills, experience and qualifications: MBA in Human Resources from a Tier I or Tier II institute. 10-12 years of experience in roles that have multi-location & multi-geography scope. Excellent consulting skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Strong personal credibility & an ability to build trusted relationships with senior business leaders and frontline staff alike Experience working cross-culturally with diverse colleagues Strong analytical skill set required to drive problem-solving and innovative solutions.
